Due to the perishable nature of our specialty meats and food products, Pearson Ranch cannot accept physical returns. However, we are committed to your satisfaction and will provide a replacement or refund for any items that arrive damaged or do not meet our quality standards.
Return Process
- 1.Inspect Your Order
Upon arrival, please immediately inspect your package for any signs of damage or temperature compromise to ensure the meat products are in optimal condition.
- 2.Document Issues
If you notice a problem with your order, take clear photographs of the product and the shipping label as these are required for our quality assurance review.
- 3.Contact Support
Email our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos, and a brief description of the issue to initiate a claim.
- 4.Resolution Process
Our team will review your request and, if approved, will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship a replacement order at no additional cost.
