You are probably familiar with the Marsh "white" grapefruit sold at your favorite market, but the "Ruby" variety is a whole other delicious treat in the grapefruit family. Section them up into refreshing salads or just enjoy them just as they are. Packed with flavor and tons of Vitamin 'C', these "rubies" will be sure to dazzle even the most discriminating citrus lover. Marsh-Ruby Grapefruit has yellow to pale red skin, with a more subtle "blush" of color than Ruby Red Grapefruit. It is less acidic than the white Marsh and is considerably sweeter.
